FAQs

What is your turnaround time?

All orders received, with the exception of the self-inking stampers and digital photo cards, are completed in-house, so turnaround is quick.  While typically sooner, please allow at least 3 to 5 days for your order to ship. For stampers or photo cards, please allow at least 7 to 10 days from the order date to the date they ship to you.

Do I need a PayPal membership to pay with PayPal?

Not at all. PayPal is simply a secure method to allow my online customers to safely pay by credit card. Having a PayPal account just speeds up the process a bit because all of the billing and shipping information has already been completed.

Do you accept cash, checks, and money orders?

Yes. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, your order will ship after payment is received and has cleared.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but please contact us before checking out for additional international shipping fees.

What is your return policy?

Since we are unable to reuse or resell personalized products, returns are not accepted. You are encouraged to enter all personalization information carefully because text is printed as it is received.  I do my best to catch any obvious typos, and will contact you if there is a glaring problem.  Naturally, in the event that a mistake is made by me, your corrected product will be promptly shipped to you at no extra charge.

How are your products packaged?

All items are stylishly packaged and ready for gift-giving! Most products (stationery, invitations, notepads) will arrive in a clear cellophane bag or sleeve and are tied with a white raffia ribbon. Labels and stickers come packaged in a clear resealable sleeve.

Can you send my order directly to a gift recipient?

Absolutely! Just let me know in the “Special Requests” box found at the bottom of every product page that it is a gift. If you include a short message, a small gift card will be included in the package at no extra charge, and the invoice will not be included in the shipment.
